These are the five good things I did today, Tess:
1. Even though I did not want to, I studied some academics in the office
2. I travelled all the way back to NUST in the rain because it was necessary
3. I communicated with Fazal and positively convinces him to join today’s DF
4. I dealt with a fight with her in a mature way
5. I decided to stay and keep working in the party
