Got up at 1130amish and started working. Had two calls till now, with coworkers.
My mom rescued a cat in the morning apparently, the kids told me all about it when I exited the room to get breakfast. On the contrast, she also said don’t let it in your room or in any room for that matter, b/c it might shit the beds and stuff. I said yeah sure, though I do plan to keep a cat or a dog once I have my own house to myself. But … somehow, my room’s door is closed with the cat in it. I noticed only when it got out from under the Charpai. Idk how it came in. Mom won’t be happy.
Anyways, Wireframing has been on hold for the last 2 days. I have been able to dedicate like 3 hours in total to it, in the last 2 days, when I should have given atleast 12 hours to it. Yesterday I called my boss after doing some quick napkin calculations as to how much time it will take me to make the screens we need versus how much do I actually have. I wanted to convince him to let me do the wireframing and have someone else do the work I do on a daily basis. He however built upon the idea with a little bit of modification. I had planned to spend atleast 6hrs daily Wireframing for the 22 days left of Jan. He said let’s hire someone who is an expert in Figma, and you spend the usual 2hrs a day learning from him/her which really seems a good deal. Thankfully, we had a referral as well so we might be able to avoid head hunting for someone who is expert in Figma as a tool.
And yeah, that’s about it. Money’s a bit tight this month because I had to save some for the teeth visit this 11th, and give some to dad to save it. Its 08 January yet. I hope I can last the next 20 days and … that’s that. Bye.
