Well….I had Chinese lunch. Chinese people speaking Chinese, managing a Chinese restaurant with Chinese manners. (By manners, I mean they literally had a sign on the wall saying, “Please forgive me” in three different languages. Just the phrase, “Please forgive me” hanging by the wall.
The only problem was the food though. It wasn’t Chinese food. I liked it. I would rate it 8/10 for taste and texture and stuff. But it wasn’t chinese, except for the name. Anything I eat and like, it can’t be chinese come on! Where is the no-salt dishes which a spice-loving Pakistani would never like in his first try? Where is the “warm-water” from the “chinese-only-drink-warm-water” theory spread all over the world!?!? The soup was love. Very tasteful. The noodles…woah! Oh the texture and smoothness and like love Bhai, love ho gya aunty g .. ❤️ BUT IT DIDN’T TASTE LIKE CHINA! Sorry.
And good people, ‘Brutal honesty’ is nothing, ok. There’s no way you can look down at someone, and send your message across rudely, saying it’s just ‘brutal honesty’. You have no right to look down on someone, except yourself. So shut your lil mouths and start being reasonable and if possible, kind. Brutal honesty is an excuse for you being rude and nothing else.
Bbye. See ya tomorrow!
