Disclaimer: This document is not an indication, plan, suggestion, or intention of self-harm, suicide, or any act against the laws of Pakistan. It is a precautionary measure intended solely for use in the event of any unforeseen accidents or my natural death. The contents of this will are meant to ensure that my wishes regarding my assets, body, and postmortem decisions are carried out lawfully. This is not a statement of intent to end my own life or to engage in any illegal activity otherwise. Any assumption or claim to the contrary is false and not in accordance with my intentions.
This document reflects my wishes made in sound mind and is meant to guide my loved ones and any relevant authorities in the event of my passing.
- In the event that I suffer a severe and irreversible medical condition resulting in a permanent vegetative state with no reasonable prospect of recovery, I hereby request that all medical interventions be limited to palliative care, focusing solely on comfort and pain relief. I do not wish to have my life artificially prolonged through mechanical ventilation, tube feeding, or other life-sustaining measures. I entrust my immediate family with the authority to make medical decisions on my behalf in accordance with this request. This declaration should be legally recognized as my advance directive regarding end-of-life care.
- Upon my death, I authorize the donation of any viable organs to the Edhi Center or any reputable, legally recognized organization for saving lives or advancing medical science. I grant full legal power to the state or any authorized medical authority to facilitate this. If my parents believe that my body will be intentionally disfigured or dishonored during organ harvesting, they may object to this clause.
- If a silent burial is possible, I prefer it quiet and quick. If my manner of death legally or religiously restricts this, I request that my body be respectfully placed in a natural water body, if/where permitted by law.
- All of my possessions, assets, and monetary resources shall be inherited first by my father, followed by my mother. Should they be unable or unwilling to receive these, the remaining assets should be distributed to my siblings, then relatives and then to anyone else in need. The state may oversee the fair distribution if necessary.
- To my knowledge, I owe no outstanding debts or obligations of monetary value. Any claims of unrecorded debts exceeding 10,000 PKR, whether verbal or written, should be considered null and void unless there is indisputable written evidence that explicitly verifies my acknowledgment of such debt. I have a consistent practice of documenting all incomes and expenses in an Excel sheet, accessible on my computer. This document may only be retrieved in the event of my death AND in the physical presence of my father AND a person of his choosing who is knowledgeable about computers and Microsoft Excel. If any debts exceeding 10,000 PKR exist, they will be documented there. Any attempt to falsely claim monetary obligations or coerce my family using my name should be considered fraudulent and legally contestable.
- I hereby affirm my belief in one God, the last Prophethood of Muhammad (peace be upon him), the existence of Angels, the Day of Judgment, and the authenticity of the four Holy Books, with the Quran being the final revelation. I do not wish for any religious debate, misrepresentation of my beliefs, or the use of my death to further any propaganda — whether religious, political, national, or otherwise. If any individual, group, or entity attempts to exploit my passing for such purposes, I grant full legal consent and authorization to my family, loved ones, or any interested party to take appropriate legal action for defamation, slander, libel, or any other applicable charges. This is to prevent any distortion of my beliefs or intentions after my passing.
- I ask forgiveness from those I may have hurt, knowingly or unknowingly. My actions in life were not meant to bear malice, and I seek no grudges against anyone. If my experiences and reflections may serve any research or study for the betterment of understanding human emotions, I permit such use.
I declare that this document accurately reflects my wishes and intentions regarding my assets, body, and postmortem decisions. I affirm that I am of sound mind and fully aware of the contents herein. I request that all parties respect and uphold the instructions laid out in this will to the fullest extent permissible by the law of Pakistan. In the event of any disputes or ambiguities, I request that the spirit of my intentions, as expressed in this document, be prioritized and honored.
This is a clear and intentional expression of my will, made publicly accessible on my official website. As per the Pakistan Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002, digital records are considered legally valid. Therefore, this document stands as a legally binding declaration of my intentions.
